A Little Background Information:

        A1ways Ready Entertainment Agency, LLC was born from the suggestions, questions and frustrations of the local music scene in Erie, Pa. 

        For the past 20 years around the music industry, people have known Kelly Donlon as “The Rock Chick”, always around one band or another, doing whatever she could to help them get more shows, get more fans, or market themselves in a different manner.  In 2007, Jeff Biletnikoff put his faith in Kelly to assist in the First Annual Rock Erie Music Awards.  It was there, as she worked on finding contacts for all of the bands involved, that she learned just how much the local scene was divided.  With questions being asked that had no known answers and more and more people asking Kelly how she could help them, she started to research how to do it the right way.  After another Rock Erie Music Awards and countless hours of reading laws, developing structures and creating business & marketing plans, A1ways Ready Entertainment Agency, LLC. is ready to take on the task of being the one spot where entertainers and venues can connect.

        In 2008, Pennsylvania State approved A1ways Ready Entertainment Agency, LLC to be a bonded, licensed Class 2 Employment Agency (Please see “Employment Agency Law” for more information), with Kelly as a Licensed PA Talent Agent.  This makes Kelly the only licensed agent in this area, assuring that anyone involved will be protected by rules, contracts and fee schedules. You will not see up front fees being asked for or unrealistic promises being made. 

        Kelly intends to continue to be open to suggestions by tapping into the knowledge of all those she has worked with over the years to answer questions and alleviate the frustration of the scene that she will always love. Because for her, “the magic never dies”*.
